Do you have an update on the proposed federal legislation that would make PSP a presumptively service connected disability for Vietnam veterans?

To be honest, I'm not aware of any pending legislation to make PSP a presumptive disease. Then again, I don't follow legislation or make guesses about pending bills because Congress.

However, PSP has a track record of being determined to be service connected because of agent orange is individual cases like this one.  You can search for more, similar cases here.
