I have severe restless legs syndrome, and was wondering if you have any knowledge if PD-680 dry cleaning solvent trichloroethylene (TCE) has had any neurological affects on those vets who used it. Thank you.

TCE has a long history of causing neurological problems. You'll have to ask your doctor if he or she believes your RLS may be caused by TCE exposure. Good luck.
