Question:

Am a Vietnam Vet;  had a triple bypass in 2014. Never heard of the 100 percent rating for the 3 months after surgery until recently.  Can I still apply?

No. There are many time limited benefits that are available and if we don't file for the benefit when we should, it's gone forever.
