Can I still go to school and get paid thru 911 GI bill while receiving IU at 100% pay rate?

In most instances, yes. To be sure though you must proceed with an application process and work with the school's financial counseling office to be absolutely sure you're eligible. Be prepared for hoops to jump through, but you should do fine.
