Question:

I have been rated for tinnitus and I have been having bad migraines since getting out of the military. Could the two be related? Usually when the pitch I hear gets higher in volume is when the migraines come on. I have had to leave work and can't do much when I have them. Usually, I have to lay down in a dark room and just try to fall asleep. When I have them, they last forever, sometime a few days at a time. Thanks.

I can't tell you whether or not there's any association between your headaches and your tinnitus, only a physician familiar with you could opine such a thing. However, you make a good case for such an association so you should speak with your doctor and maybe consider filing a claim.
