Question:

Jim, On 11/20/2019,  the BVA granted me service connected bilateral foot injuries; it also remanded cervical back sprain and TDIU. Will the RO rate my compensation for the foot injuries,a nd later settle my remand,or will I have to wait till my remand is settled before I get any kind of rating? Thank you for your time.

It depends. As a rule, the claim that was decided will see compensation paid for that rating while anything that needs further development will proceed on a different path. This isn't always the case though. If there are claims that are interdependent or secondary,  then VA may wait to pay so the correct amount can be determined prior to the accounting folks taking over.
