Question:

I am about to file my appeal from my Recent Rating Decision letter. I was able to increase my disability from 50 pay wise (60% VA math) up to 90% pay wise before the 15th of Jan 2020 as the 15th is the last day within the one year requirement to file. I have tried every lawyer and Vet Reps to help me,  but I have been turned down by all because they say there is a small chance that my disputed disabilities may not be approved up to the 100% rating so there would be no pay from them. I have had to do this on my own and was just hoping for a little help out there? Any ideas?...... contacts for NEXUS Letters? Thank you! Semper FI! US Marine Corps 1982-1994

Nexus letters aren't done very much these days, we tend to look to the IMO when we're appealing a denial. These are the doctors I refer to.
