Question:

I was granted 10% for tinnitus in 2005. I was granted 50% for PTSD in 2016, effective to 2005. Granted 50% for sleep apnea and 10% vertigo effective 2010.   I recently was granted 100% P & T. Will my effective date be in 2005?

The effective date of your recent raise to 100% will be the date that you applied for the 100% benefit. If you have been keeping a denied claim open with timely filings of NODs and appeals, it's possible that your benefit could date as far back as 2005...but more likely to a much more recent date.
