Question:

I have been rated TDIU and Total and Permanent Disabled for 1 year. My wife has CHAMPVA. Will she lose her CHAMPVA if I die before I have been rated Total and Permanent Disabled for 10 years?

Your spouse should be able to keep the CHAMPVA benefit if you pass...there is a bit of fine print so review this carefully
