Hello Jim- I am service connected and working towards getting 100% service connected. I currently owe a great sum of money in student loans debt. Will my debt be expunged if I am granted 100% service connected?

Yes...if the award is permanent in nature. Many 100% awards are temporary...be sure you understand what yours is.
