Question:

I'm divorced and my ex wife is cornflour getting all my pension. I am thinking of going back to court to get that back. Legally, how much do I have to give her?  No children, married 11 years.

When we divorce the court gives us orders of who gets what and how much for how long. If we see our circumstances change down the road, we're usually allowed to ask the court to modify the original stipulations to update to our current circumstances. In other words, your idea of going back to court is really the best and only option.  Good luck!
