Question:

My son's father was retired out medically from the Marine Corps several years ago. I have a court order back from 2011 that he is to pay me child support along with health coverage. He has not paid in several years nor has he ever covered my son for health insurance. I was told that the Feds can't touch VA benefits and this is how he gets away with not paying. He owes over 15 thousand dollars to me and the State of RI is no help. Who can I call to get this fixed?
