Question:

I am at 100% combined. The VA doctor reevaluated my PTSD and said that I was doing better. I received stating that they were lowering my PTSD to 70%. My overall rating would fall to 90%. I had 3 months to appeal, which I decided not to. My time would have ended at the end of July. I am still receiving compensation in September. Is there still a process that is happening? I am working with a VA representative and we did file a intent to file on another issue during this time frame. I am holding on to the extra funds in case of overpayment error on their part even though my VA letters and disability ratings still read 100%.
