Question:

How can I get a quicker response from the Dept of HUD. They responded and are going to take our complaint, however, we are being evicted and the plantiff may drop the case if I can prove I have a claim with the Dept of HUD, but they don't answer.

I don't know. I have some expertise with the VA and like you, I can't get them to give me a quick response. The federal government doesn't seem to operate at peak efficiency, does it?
