Purchased home with VA loan that has lots of problems
Question:
I am looking for legal Assistance. Bought a house on a VA loan and there were massive problems with the house totaling over $60,000 and it was stuff that was never disclosed in the home inspection and stuff that was lied about in the home inspection and from the seller and Realtors small town, I believe there was a lot of collusion between listing agents and everybody involved. Do not know who to sue or how to sue them. Any help would be appreciated; thank you.
Jim's Reply:
You have a civilian problem even though you have a VA loan. That means you have the same opportunity as any civilian and you can hire a local real estate lawyer to help you sort out your legal issues.
