Question:

How do I find out who's on my account to receive any funds in my account upon passing away. Death benefit's go to who? I'm not allowed to get a card for my wife, which I think is wrong.

Death benefits, such as they are, will go to the surviving spouse in most cases. I'm not sure what you refer to when you talk about an account and a card so I can't address that.
