Question:

Last March,  I had a  C & P exam that consisted of 2 exams, knee and lower leg conditions and peripheral nerves. I am in a wheelchair and could not get on the table for the knee and lower leg exam because of pain. The examiner wrote I was in a wheelchair and my level was a 10.  She did the peripheral nerves with me sitting in the wheelchair.  My question is, was I suppose to get a rating for knee and lower leg condition because I couldn't do the ROM because of the pain in my back and legs?
