Question:

My husband is 100% service connected and about 2 years ago was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers by VA neurologist.  I administer all his meds, take him to appts, cook all his meals and occasionally have to help him dress. Does this qualify under SMC R1?  I was told no by locals because when we married it was for better or worse and this is worse. Please help if you can and thank you
