Question:

Just read your response to a veteran about health care for veterans who are 100% P & T that they should receive total health care for all health needs by the VA. I am 100% P & T and now being charged non-service connected health care and was told this by the director of the Palo Alto health system here in CA and have been charged for non-service health services for the last two years and have written letters to everyone and even President Trump .  Nothing has helped and have been told this is being done do to lack of funds to provide for all vets and was told too bad.

I don't know what you mean by "charged for non service health services". If you have secondary insurance other than Medicare, VA will bill that insurer for non-service connected health care. If you're being directly billed for having to pay directly out of pocket for some health care expense, there's something wrong and I'll need more detail.
