Question:

I have a NOD dated in March of 2012. I am currently about 13,000 in line. Will they request all treatment records since the NOD file date ? Or use only the records submitted at time of filing NOD ?

The records that were pertinent at the time of filing will be reviewed. If updates are necessary, the appeal will be remanded to the VARO for action.
