Hi, Have a question rewarding my soon to be ex spouse using my veterans benefits and Tricare to pay for her new baby with her new boyfriend which is,  I suppose,  beings we're not totally divorced yet. Technically, we are married and my lawyers have yet to give me any advice on this. Do you have any recommendations?
