Question:

I am a disabled vet rated at 100%, i lost my ID card that I've had for years. Called provos marshal and was told that I need to come and make a statement so I attempted with my temp drivers license to go PN base to take care of the matter and was told that,  since I have a felony which I got in 1999 and stemmed from issues that started from my military service,  they said  I can no longer get an ID. My issue with that is that I got my initial id years after my legal problems and went through the same process to get my initial card and the fact is I'm asking for a replacement, not my initial card,
