Are the purchases I have made with my 100% P&T VA payments considered her property also or just my property and assets.

The source of the money matters not at all. But for what it's worth, your VA disability money is meant to replace earned income that would have been used to care for your family. She's your family, so if the state is a joint property state, they belong to you both. If you're divorcing the judge will tell you who gets what.
