Question:

Hey Jim, my neighbor's have been ruining my life since i called Animal Control after their dog bit me a second time. I'm a disabled veteran, 100% service connected, living in supportive living. Yet my neighbor's are having me illegally evicted and had me put under false arrest.  They both go hand and hand. I can't get any legal help or assistance. Yes I get a good check yet these legal bills are killing me. Any advice? I've called every non profit and so on

If you aren't eligible for low income assistance, that says a lot. It sounds to me like your best option is to leave that current environment and get a new start. Good luck.
