Question:

Jim, does 100% TDIU ever convert to 100% P and T?...I have been rated 100%  TDIU for almost 10 years and I am 62. Doesn't seem to me that I will ever get better,  after all,  what's my life expectancy ?

TDIU stands for Total Disability Individual Unemployability. P & T stands for Permanent and Total. The TDIU benefit is a 100% rating and may be either permanent or temporary. It will not change to another rating if you don't have future exams scheduled, you're already P & T.  I suspect your rating is permanent right now.
