Question:

Can i get help with getting my car out of tow. I was an inpatient at VA hospital when it was in tow. Basically homeless after  I can't reach no one to speak with me at tow shop.

If your vehicle was towed from a VA parking lot, you'll need to speak with that facility director. Otherwise you may want to seek help from a veterans service officer who may be able to call the tow service for you.
