Question:

Hi, I went for medical appointments for my disabilities, the VA rejected some and said the other disabilities could not be determined because it was on the outdated form. My VA lawyer isn't of much help.  What do I do?

You have 2 options. The first is to find a new lawyer...not easy to do but you can start here. The other option is to reconsider your claim...maybe VA is right to deny it? If your lawyer doesn't seem interested in appealing aggressively, you have to wonder if you have a well grounded claim?
