Question:

I received a BCD under GCM in Navy. My lungs collapsed with ARDS (acute respitory distress syndrome), while active just before my separation. I have 8+ years active duty with appellate leave. My denial of benefits state I was not active for 24 months, which I was!! And I had a dishonerable disharge, which I do not! Please advise me of a attorney who can correct this. Thanks very much.
