Question:

I was just recently down rated to 60% for prostate cancer residuals. My VSO now wants me to file for hypertension since she thinks it may some day be made a presumptive condition of AO. If I file another claim,  do I risk having the present rating reduced?

Your current ratings won't be affected by a new filing. I agree that you should file for hypertension. Good luck!
