Question:

My husband served in the Army and has passed away. Can I, his wife, go to the Army base and have my will made out? I didn't know if I could since he is longer living.

I'm sorry for your loss. Since I don't know your status as a surviving dependent I can't accurately answer your question. But I think it's a good idea if you call the military base you're thinking of and asking around to see if you may be eligible for some legal services. It can't hurt to ask them directly. Good luck.
