If you need a lawyer for a civilian project like purchasing a home, you can find quite a few in your region with a quick Google search.  You didn't ask about no-cost services for veterans but I don't know of any for such a contract as you're asking about. Having a real estate lawyer in your neighborhood review and advise a purchase contract won't be a big expense and well worth the money!
