Marine worried about children
Question:
I am an active duty Marine. And I know my rights have been violated in the judiciary system along with child family services. I am looking for someone to help me get my children out of the system and hold others accountable for their lack of procedures. This is highly important and time sensitive. Everyone I reach out to keeps telling me time and has no urgency but each day more and more damage is being done to my children. Thank you in advance.

While your message isn't as clear as I'd like, I'll try to sort out and understand what's happening based on my experience. It sounds as if you're unhappy with a decision by a family court. I'll assume you're divorced, that you have children of the marriage and that you're not pleased with the stipulations of the divorce decree in regards to child support payments, visitation rights, and other responsibilities that the court decided during the process. First up...that you're on active duty makes no real difference unless you're deployed during the divorce process and can't reasonably respond to the demands of the court once the divorce is in process. Active duty may impose hardships but the family court has their job to do so although it may not be convenient, you have to appear one way or another. The family court is charged with a priority of caring for the welfare of the children, first, last and always. Most family courts do that fairly well although nobody is ever happy...hey, it's divorce court. If I'm on point and you're really unhappy with the orders of the court, you have only one avenue to follow...you have to return to that same court (or another court with jurisdiction over the children) and show the judge why there should be a modification to the earlier stipulations. Unless and until you do that, there is nothing else anyone can do to help.
