Divorce and VA benefits
Question:
Can Due Process and the Uniform Veteran Guardianship Act be ignored totally by a divorce judge taking my decisions rights to contest or settle the splitting of my assets giving my rights to a stranger I have no say .All done on her void order this is wrong all knows it’s wr yet condone the taking of assets mostly attained with V.A.disability money

I can only assume that you disagree with a decision by a court and you're questioning whether the judge has the right to decide whatever was decided. The answer can only be that, yes...the judge has the right to interpret and apply laws in that region. If you aren't happy with the outcome of any court decision, you can appeal.
