I read your Q/A, but could not find an answer. My dad is a vet. My mom divorced ~ 46 years ago. They were married for about 20 years. She has never collected benefits, alimony, etc. She is quite poor. What VA benefits would she qualify for?

With the data you've given me I have to guess that she's not eligible for any VA benefits. Most dependents benefits are for dependents and once divorce happens, those dependents benefits disappear. With the amount of time you say has passed, I can't see any benefit at all that she'd be eligible for.
