You're dealing with a civilian transaction that doesn't have anything to do with your status as a veteran. You have all the rights of every citizen to conduct your business as you wish and to obtain great legal advice through the usual channels as a civilian. There are no veteran specific real estate help resources that I'm aware of. A local real estate lawyer will probably charge a small flat fee for a simple document like this one or you may find it for free via Google search.
