Question:

I have an IU award at 100% and a schedule at 80%. My award does not state P&T but it says “no further examinations will be required in the future”. Do I assume correctly that it’s the same as P&T?

"No future exam" is VA secret code for P & T. Nobody can tell us why they can't just say P & T but it seems to be some sort of obsession for VA to obfuscate and muddy the waters. Your rating is permanent and total.
