My husband and I are buying a house using my VA home loan. Can I divorce or evict him and keep the house? He was considered a co-signer.

The answer will lie in the divorce court. The judge or magistrate of the divorce court will hve the final say in who gets what and who aews what to who. Until you get in front of a judge, there's no way to predict what may happen.
