Question:

I am being compensated 30% for IHD & 20% Diabetes. Recently, have left & right 85% blocked carotid artery. 3/25/19 surgery on left to clear. 5/7/19 surgery on right to clear. Confused on how to file, secondary to IHD or Diabetes, use what DBQ . Thanks for help.

The blocked carotid vessels will be secondary to the service connected diabetes. Diabetes is well established as the cause of many vascular diseases. The DBQ will be completed at the C & P exam after you file so don't worry about that.
