Question:

I owe $900 for cable and $600.00 for car payment. Should I file for bankruptcy in on a fixed income $1000 dollars a month? I need help. Also will I be able to keep mt car if I file for bankruptcy?

Only a bankruptcy lawyer will be able to answer your questions since laws vary so much from one place to another. You need to speak with legal aid as soon as you can so you can get some control of your finances.
