Question:

A child support order was given to me of $300 in 1987 Cal started garnishing my SSI disability in 1988 they have taken over $53,000 out of my SSI disability since then and say I still owe them over $93,000.   this is so wrong and unjust.  I need help to do something about the Corrupt child support program.  I am 100% service connected vet Please help me?

The only help that will be available to you is when you hire an attorney to assist you. That you are a veteran doesn't entitle you to any sort of special treatment when you're delinquent with child support payments. The only relief you'll find, if any, is through the court.
