Question:

The VA rated me disabled and they also asked that a rating of incompetency be granted.  I’ve had a stroke and my wife pays are bills as I cannot write check, s but I also know we have to pay our bills and mortgage amount,  other bills .. I’ve been granted 9 years back pay and now must wait . Sent letter from doctor stating they he felt I could handle my own affairs and I feel I can as my wife of 47 years go over our affairs and bills together.  and I was stupid when asked,  I said my wife pays the bills but didn’t say because I’m paralyzed on whole left side, though that they could see on their own.
