Question:

My discharge papers (DD214) from 1978 clearly states chondromalacia L/Knee. I have three Dr statements, one being a Orthopedic surgeon, stating that they believe my knee is More likely than not service connected. I also have lay statements.  My appeal has been ongoing for over 10 yrs. the veterans law judge remanded it back to the RO over a year ago. The AMT sent a C & P exam request to Montgomery AL about 4 months ago. I have never ever lived in Alabama. My address is in Ky. Getting info from a black hole is easier than communicating with VA. Do I have any options?
