Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to collect child support from my  father who up and left us at the age of 3.  he moved and left to  California.  I'm 47 yrs old now.  He is living in Pueblo, Colorado collecting disability for being a vet.  Is there any way of getting what's so rightfully owed to my brother and I?
