Question:

I was told by an Agent Orange victim that Boots on the Ground states that anyone in country is automatic presumptive Agent Orange and qualifies for a minimum ten percent. Everything I've heard or read says otherwise. Can you elaborate? I served with Seabee battalion in ChuLai 1966-67.

That isn't correct. There is no automatic disability rating...how can there be without a known disability? Rumors like this that sound too good to be true almost always are nothing more than rumor...it's like being active duty again, isn't it? We never know what may come next.
