Question:

Was denied VA disability because I didn’t get illness mental disorder while in basic training, ait, or within a year after basic training and ait. Joined Army National Guard in 1991 and was hospitalized on feb 1993 and  medically discharged nov 1993. Is there literature where it states this rule?
