If a student have permanent VA discharge on FAFSA, can he apply for future student loan? In this case I do not know which discharge he has, if it is 100% service-connected or not. Does he need to provide a letter before I can award him, or does the rules apply for all discharge a 3 year monitoring? Please let me know, thank you

There are a great many variables that could affect an answer to your questions. FAFSA student loans can be complex and you should consult a student loan/finance counselor on your campus so your entire record may be reviewed.
