I get $640.00 for VA pension. $502 from SS. Can I increase these amounts?

The VA pension benefit is means tested and that requires that it be adjusted according to any other income. In other words, if your SS benefit were to rise, the VA pension benefit may fall accordingly. It's not possible for me to predict exactly what may happen in your circumstances but as a rule with means tested benefits, the more income you have the less the benefit will pay.
