Question:

We had just moved in 2013 to start with and the Air force hunted my husband down he was one of those hand picked by them to have his rating from the DOD redone by them. Because the Army was doing this to a lot if injured soldiers he was released march 2005. They saw his records and knew his case was one of the ones they could help. They mailed paperwork to home and we lost.  if u know how to get that paperwork, would really help. Then they just tossed u. While u had Soldiers trying too help him fight and get the doctors to release him for war. My husband was hard headed as much pain as he was in he wouldn't back down. He could have done anything he had the scores for any job he wanted but since he got a group of friends to join he waited on there results and then decided they should all stick together and became tankers. Once they pushed him out the DOD gave him only a 10 percent rating for (I doubt I will spell this right) Neophrisis hope correct he was peeing blood horrible pain in his kidney and off and on 3 kidney stone would show up on different machines there and not there. Took till 2012 to find the truth they were always there. Most people have have one of the two... well some how his was combined of the 2 and something doctor could explain... all those years they claimed even back home doctors kidney stone can not hurt u while in your kidney. Over the course of the year got worse was like watching man go though labor v.a. no help. He had been turned down again and again by v.a. disability. One night he had given up couldnt take anymore went to v.a. hospital in memphis they sent him away. He had not peed in 3 days pain finally he gave up he said he could live like this anymore after coming back from another v.a. appointment. Told him to come back in 6 months always seemed those who unbearable but as with a lot of doctors we have seen going though this he told him to come back in 6 months. His words scared me my husbands that day. He couldnt take anymore of the pain he could hold his new born son made it worse.. My husband has need to provide he did so even with all of this... I ended up calling that doctor for the 1st time in my life I really chewed into the man. They still have that recording in his medical records. I finally get him up take him teo the emergency room. They also send him. He goes again the next day checks in doesnt leave they left him in the emergency room all day and night till the next day. When this lovely Doctor just happens to run across him trying to walk down the hall hanging onto the wall for support. Guess my husband reminded her of her son. This wonderful Woman Doctor took control of the emergency room that she didnt work in she volteered and specialized by a miracle about kidneys. She yelled at all around about can u not see this man is in pain and u do nothing. They bring wheel chair she stays and watches over him the whole time his heart rate was off the charts and blood pressure too he was about to have stroke. This wonderful woman saved my husband that day. After he was stablized she wheeled him to her office where she had canceled all patients too help.. dont know how she did it but she made herself his primary provider which doesn't happen. She wanted to give him stronger meds then but he refused and told her how his been treated how it been going on. So he stop all medication he took for pain to show that look nothings in my system not addiction its not my back we have paid checked everything. Its my kidney. She all diagnosed him neophrisis ran more results came up with ask what tyles of tanks they used at the training center in fort irwin. She knew right away what was going explain about those tanks and uranium kidney disease what will happen most like to his other kidney has well. She I told her about the same 3 kidstones also seem from my research a lot of these mean have kidney stones that c lo me go because only one machine picks them. Of course being the V.A. they again turned down but finally gave him some form of disablilty if u can call it that. Because none of those things were wrong with except the gerd & depression.. But not what was wrong with him. They went off and the DOD 10 percent for neprh.. they gave him they actually turn to a 0 percent.. didnt want back pay doctor did all she could. Took while to recieve first check because they took back the money from his severance go figure we paid taxes on it. If u know soldier with Uranium Poisioning kidney pain please let them know why those kids stones there one minute go the next. getting them out after what they have suffer will greatly help..Any help u can give on how to proceed. Luckly now know more doctors tske u seriously and hoping to trying muffees Tennessee (naming town
wrong) are one nashville.. Hoping they have improved now like other hospital. Eric lost his memphis doctor due to us moving back home and they didnt want to deliver meds to him that far in mail.the doctor they sent him near town tolf him to come back in 6 months the end... Which stopped all his meds. Need to contact the airforce to get that paperwork they sent so they can fix all this they ssid 100 percent disability but most likely retirement due to money owed and hopefully finally get help.
