Question:

After receiving  treatment ( radiation ),  can I expect to get another C&P exam?  Or does the VA just sends out a questionnaire to verify any residual effects to determine permanent disability amount? Thank you.

You'll get a C & P exam either in person or over the phone. I've not heard of VA using questionnaires but that sounds like a good idea.
