Question:

My ex husband has been collecting VA disability .  He tells me my son doesn't get any money?   I have tried to contact them a few times even sent a fax with my son's information , They don't seem to want to help in any way. Is/wasmy son was entitled to money? and if he was and my ex husband took the money, can we get it back? he is also in arrears for child support .. Thank you,

Child support and alimony orders are enforced by the court and the state where they were generated. The VA doesn't want to be involved in anything to do with your divorce and if your veteran collects VA disability, that should have been calculated into any child support order. You can return to the court where the divorce was issued to seek enforcement help.
